 Wheel hardness selection principle for the following reference:
 a. grinding of soft materials to  standard abrasives choose harder grinding wheel, grinding hard materials will have to choose soft grinding wheel;
 b. grinding soft and toughness of non-ferrous metals, the hardness to be elected was softer;
 c. grinding material of poor thermal conductivity should be selected softer wheel;
